Una histórica muestra dedicada a la memoria de las víctimas de los bombardeos atómicos sobre Hiroshima y Nagasaki, en conmemoración de los 80 años que se cumplirán el año próximo, se puede visitar hasta el 3 de noviembre en el CCK.
La exhibición busca promover el desarme nuclear y concientizar sobre los horrores de la guerra. Organizada por la Secretaría de Cultura de la Nación, la Ciudad de Hiroshima y la Ciudad de Nagasaki, la muestra incluye paneles fotográficos, objetos de las víctimas y la conferencia de la sobreviviente Teruko Yahata, quien tenía 8 años cuando bombardearon Hiroshima, junto con actividades educativas abiertas al público.

Desde 1995, la exposición se ha llevado a cabo 68 veces en 58 ciudades de 20 países, habiéndose realizado la última en Sudamérica en San Pablo, Brasil, en 2008.
Durante este mes, los asistentes podrán explorar una profunda reflexión sobre la devastación causada por las bombas atómicas y su impacto en las generaciones futuras, así como la importancia de avanzar hacia un «mundo libre de armas nucleares».
Cómo esta compuesta la muestra
La muestra está compuesta por 30 paneles fotográficos que documentan los horrores de los bombardeos, 20 objetos personales de víctimas y sobrevivientes y material de audio visual.
Además se destaca la visita y el testimonio vivo -sin precedente- de una sobreviviente, Teruko Yahata, quien tenía 8 años cuando ocurrió el bombardeo en Hiroshima, ciudad en la que vivía junto a su familia.
